Homeowners Meeting Schedule

The Fox Chase Homeowners Association meets in conjunction with the Fox Chase Town Watch on the second Wednesday of the odd numbered months of the year. Our meetings are always at the Loudenslager Post 7976 Oxford Avenue and always at 7:30 PM

2008 meetings are: January 9, March 12, May 14,

July 9, September 10, November 12

You do not have to be a member to attend, however you are prohibited from voting if you are not a member.

Know your Neighbor

Possibly the most important act you can perform to insure the safety of your home and family is to know your neighbors. Be familiar with who belongs in a particular home or on your street. Get out and talk to your neighbors when possible. Find out who lives alone, who’s going on vacation, what property may be vacant, and what concerns your neighbors. Think of a small town atmosphere, how people who know each other’s children can watch over all of them while gaining a respect from the children simply because they are identifiable. At the minimum you should know every neighbor who abuts your property.

We realize that in these days of television and air conditioning that we just don’t sit on the front porch any longer so it takes a little effort to accomplish this, but the rewards will be a safer and more agreeable life in Fox Chase.

We are non-political and strictly interested in the betterment of Fox Chase. So come on out and make some friends, find out what’s new, voice your concerns, and meet your local Police and City and State representatives.

Also, there is always room for someone who wishes to step forward and serve on our Executive Board. There are positions available for administrative, secretarial, computer, and accounting talents. The commitment is not all that time consuming and the rewards are great (not financially however, as this is strictly a volunteer position.
